Kingston has 5 faculties and 4 campuses: Penrhyn Road, Kingston Hill, Knights Park, and Roehampton Vale. It has the town's biggest employers with more than 2,500 staff and an annual budget of around £203 million. Campus Tour
The University's four campuses can be found in and around the town center connected it with a free intersite bus. Kingston's excellent transport links make commuting simple for the students with two mainline train stations, a network of bus routes, and major nearby motorways.
High-quality halls are located near the University's campuses. Each hall consists of single-study bedrooms arranged in flats with self-catering kitchens. The university offers different types and sizes of the room depending on the student's range.
An offer of accommodation for all new full-time undergraduate students and first-year international postgraduate students is guaranteed. Kingston has its partnership with private providers to ensure alternative accommodation is available in their halls and is fully occupied. Kingston has its strong private-rented sector and the surrounding areas with a good range of properties available.
Students are being advised on the accommodation as well by the Student Life Centre. It offers a free and friendly service to support students find the right place to live in private accommodation, including a student-to-student noticeboard to help you find flatmates, a property vacancy list and a list of local letting agents, as well as help and advice with housing issues.
Student Support
Across all 5 campuses Kingston offer first class facilities within a bustling and vibrant town, with great shopping, restaurants, bars and leisure facilities. Currently the university is building a new facility at Penrhyn Road site which will include a state-of-the-art Learning Resources Centre, specialist learning spaces, cafés and new landscaped areas. The University provides a fantastic outdoor sports facility, offering a variety of sports pitches, parking and an impressive sports pavilion at its sports ground in Tolworth. The outdoor sports facilities are available for hire by organisations, clubs and members of the local community. The Fitness Centre at Penrhyn Road boasts a fully equipped, air-conditioned gym complete with the top-of-the-range fitness equipment.
Scholarships
Kingston University is awarding scholarships to international students worth £2,000 to successful applicants for the first year of their degree.
