Maynooth University’s Legal studies course is a multidisciplinary field that works with the same effect between law and society. It provides a common understanding of legal systems, how constitutions are created and the social actors involved in the legal process. LLM include theories on issues including political science, economics, history, social sciences, foreign relations and philosophy. Law students learn to deal with important issues such as citizen-state relations, individual freedom and privacy, social equity, or justice in the distribution of resources LLM (Global Legal Studies) at Maynooth University, provides law graduates with an advanced and systematic understanding of specialized subject areas, affording an ideal platform for students to acquire expertise and knowledge informed by research-led teaching. The program is open to all law graduates and hybrid law graduates, including, for example, Law and France, Law and Business, and Law and Politics. The facilitator facilitates legal, business, political, non-governmental, and policy-making organizations at national and international levels.
Maynooth unique international focus of the program reflects the global multiplicity of legal actions. The modules offered are differentiated by the method used, which will not focus on national or regional power management, but address these issues from a (global) perspective and demonstrate this with examples from specific areas around the world. In addition, certain modules of the program are run in partnership with leading law firms, giving students the opportunity to apply for placement at the end of their studies.
UK legal studies provide the basis for graduate work in the administration of justice, business, law, and law and working in law-related fields such as insurance, social security and social services. Graduates develop legal profession such as mediators, mediators, lawyers, judges and magistrates, legal secretaries, legal advisers, investigators, etc.
