Edith Cowan University Bachelor of International Hotel and Resort Management offers an overview of the hotel industry and leisure facilities in the context of the wider tourism and tourism industries, as well as concentrating on the request of key aspects of marketing, financial management, service management and strategic management. Specialist units focus on areas including food and beverage management, room division management, accommodation management and estate planning, as well as modern hospitality and tourism issues.
