The course of counseling deals with helping people overcome emotional and technological challenges in their lives, from career planning, relationship problems, to stress and health problems at Edith Cowan University. Therapists help people evaluate themselves, make good decisions and accept responsibility for their actions for their future. In Australia, this course provides students with the basics of theory, the onset of medical skills and the first self-healing ability in counseling. It gives students the opportunity to learn interpersonal skills, including communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, self-assessment, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
