Bachelor of Business Management - BSc

This degree is a career-focused course and aims to provide students with the best foundation for getting acquainted with the real world and complete knowledge of all business disciplines. During study in Essex, the program will allow students to develop the skills they need for successful careers whether they want to start their own business, improve their family or work in a more affluent environment. It offers a wide range of options, such as finance, marketing, human resources and new courses in digital business, business strategy and business strategy. It also provides a certification pathway for the Chartered Management Institute.

You will gain a rich understanding of how organizations work - what they do, how they develop strategies and why. Areas of study include: management, new technologies and technologies, overseas business environment, organizational behavior, operations and supply chain management, leadership and human resource management. Your first year of your business management degree also introduces you to the key accounting, financial, commercial and economic principles to provide you with the necessary business information for a successful career. In your final year, you have the opportunity to apply your knowledge by completing an intensive, independent project or research project. This will give you the opportunity to continue to develop important employment skills in the areas of research, time management and critical thinking.
