Bachelor of Art (South West) courses provide an excellent framework in which a variety of courses can be offered, enabling students to apply their art skills at Edith Cowan University. During study in Australia, students will develop a skill set that includes creative arts, strong research skills and various writing skills. Opportunity for job placement in the creative industries of the region is also available, which will facilitate a smooth transition from learning to the workplace. It prepares students to enter the world of employability as a literate and critical thinker, and as a skilled writer in a variety of forms and forms. These are sales leadership skills for many organizations.
Students who are passionate about writing will be able to explore the work of other writers while increasing their creative potential at the university. Students are required to complete a 2 Foundation units and Core unit set. This will be supported by the selection of the Master Plan and the Extension Program. The supplement plan will consist of 8 phases; or Two 4th Degree; or 4 smaller units and 4 Choices; or a second 8-unit Major from the Bachelor of Arts, or elsewhere within or outside the school. Note: No more than 10 study units should be at first year level.
Courses in Western Australia (South West) consist of a creative industry based at Edith Cowan University. Graduate students work in regional arts organizations or continue studying to become teachers or researchers. They work in the media, academia and the media industry, pursue their creative arts or work on community projects.
