BSc Material Sciences and Engineering

The Material and Engineering Science program will provide you with a complete foundation of physical and chemical engineering, architecture, manufacturing and design of materials. According to the study, the program arrests pure and applied science. Through research, it teaches skills in various fields of education, so qualifications are needed across industry and business.

You will cover all materials: metals, ceramics, polymers and composites. Knowing about these materials is essential if you wish to work in sectors, such as automotive or aerospace manufacturing, where material selection is important.

If you choose a BEng degree, you will participate in a senior team project, usually sponsored by the industry. The experience provides valuable insights into real-time engineering and project management.
