The Honors Program is the fourth additional year of study and is designed to provide students with the skills needed to demonstrate a clear understanding of research questions, research capabilities and research excellence. It is a research training institute that provides training in in-depth investigations, specialized development of research skills, project management and reporting.
Public Health Nutrition efforts on the promotion of good wellbeing through the use of diet and the key prevention of food-related illness in humans. Community Nutritionists develop, implement and evaluate nutrition policies and program managers, which builds evidence base and uses scientific knowledge to ensure an understanding of the impact of food and nutrition on the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities, as well as improving nutrition, nutrition and health of individuals and communities. With an increasing number of people suffering from, or at risk of developing, life-threatening chronic illnesses, more and more people need help with healthy food management. As a result, there is an urgent need for qualified people to work in the health sector. Public health nutrition was gaining popularity as a study area to fulfill this growing need.
After completing your studies, career opportunities in the sector quickly develop graduates by understanding the link between healthy eating and public health. Special career opportunities for graduate students in public health care include health improvement, addressing inequalities, nutrition and health to prevent communicable diseases, developing / ordering and implementing policies and programs, testing and monitoring food in groups or communities, education and research evidence linking food / nutrition and health in the list of employers.
