The ultimate goal is to provide managers with the basis for making major decisions related to management and operations. You will also find out how to manage a business with offices in many regions of the world and how to drive across the border. This means that you will need to develop the skills needed to adapt business to the local culture of the country, which is essential for the management of employees with a wide range of psychology.
