The course was developed in accordance with industry guidelines to give you basic, challenging and creative instruction, focusing on architecture, principles of urbanism, landscape and architecture. You will work within a decentralized construction environment, in a variety of industrial applications, including houses, shops, museums, public buildings, squares, cities and community centers. You will visit and analyze sites and interact with the social, political and economic factors influencing community and community development. By working individually and in a variety of groups, you will gain an understanding of cultural and urban contexts, learn how to improve the built environment and develop sharp commercial awareness of the construction industry.
The BA (Hons) Architecture Award will provide graduates with a professional network to facilitate skills development after graduation.
