eines unbeabsichtigten Schusses zu minimieren. Abschließend wird noch das weitere
Verfahren nach der Abgabe eines Schusses erläutert.
Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, unter ethischen Gesichtspunkten und der Anwendung von
Bewertungsmodellen verschiedene Fragestellungen zum Thema der Schuld in den
Fällen der absichtlichen und des unabsichtlichen Schusses zu erläutern und das darauf
folgende Verfahren zu erläutern.
Zunächst werden jedoch die besondere Bedeutung des Themas und die gesetzlichen
Voraussetzungen für den Einsatz der Schusswaffe erläutert.
